1st floor:

- Main bedroom: King bed with. 2 nightstands and a queen sleeper sofa with a reinforced mat under the mattress to enhance comfort. Large 65" TV and smart fan with lighting. Walk-in closet. Echo spot.

[If you need an iron / steamer for your clothes, there is one in a black "Jack & Rose" box in the main walk-in closet.]

- Primary bath: Dual sinks with storage and a make-up mirror. Separate toilet stall room with additional storage cabinets.

- Bunkbed room: Twin over full bed with built-in desk and Echo Spot. Also has built in shelves and drawers for storage. Access to the main bathroom via the laundry room.

- Laundry room: Spacious area with a sink, Samsung washer and dryer.

- Linen closet: Located just off of the laundry room, the linen closet also has miscellaneous items in case they come in handy. Flash lights, rain ponchos, umbrellas, bug repellent. There should also be extra toiletry kits should anyone have forgotten to pack their toothbrush!

- Foyer: Has a full sized sofa bed for overflow sleeping. Guests using this area can access either the bathroom through the main bedroom or upstairs.

2nd floor:

- Kitchen: Includes a breakfast nook, full sized refrigerator/freezer, double oven gas range, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, Keurig Duo, cookware, utensils and settings for 10+ guests.

- Living room: Comfortable leather sofa and 2 recliner/rocking chairs, TV, fireplace, bookshelves and game cabinet.

- Dining room: Beautifully appointed seating for 8

- Deck/Patio: Located directly off of the dining room, offers a Dual propane BBQ grill with flat top griddle and grilling tool set. Seating for 6 w/ a large umbrella and 2 Adirondack rocking chairs.

- Guest bedroom (with a playroom inside of the 6'x9' closet): Twin bed and dresser. Smart ceiling fan w/ lighting and Echo spot.

- Bathroom with shower.

Loft:

- Dedicated workspace with an executive desk and chair, TV that can be used as a monitor and a printer are all on this floor. (Coming in December - futon for an additional bed.)

Pool: Salt-water pool (not heated) inside screen enclosure. Has pool deck seating box with noodles and water hammocks. Also has 2 Adirondack rocking chairs with small table.

Driveway: Large driveway can support up to 4 vehicles with length to support a vehicle with a trailer.

This listing includes only the main house. The guest house may be used by the owner when visiting.

The garage is reserved for the owner's storage. (Discuss with owner if access is needed.)

Street parking is strongly discouraged. Please use the driveway for parking.

NOTE: Due to the open-design stairs to the loft, this property may not be best for families with toddlers; however, a safety mesh to cover the banister and stair access to the loft will be available as well as stairway gates.
